Need to return something to us? No problem, we've made it as easy as possible. At Euroskateshop, you can easily register your return online and get a return label to send the item back for only 11,95 EUR. If you want to exchange your product for another, it's free of charge.

How long do I have to return my order?
According to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, KiteDanmark.dk always offers one full year of free returns (does not apply to items purchased in stores - see more on your receipt from the store). If you regret your purchase, simply go through the return process, which you start by clicking the button above.
We recommend that you take good care of the item. The item must have been tested but not used to the extent that it cannot be resold. Otherwise, you will have to pay for the depreciation. For safety's sake, save user manuals, labels, molded plastic and the like so that we can get it all back if you regret the purchase.

Can I return all products?
No, not all orders are returnable. You cannot return a service that was performed on one of your products or a custom product that is customized to your needs. More details: terms and conditions.
Will I be reimbursed for shipping costs?

Use the Kitedanmark return label to send your order back. Attach your new order confirmation together with the return package and we will refund the full amount upon delivery to us.
When will I be refunded for my return?
It takes up to 14 working days (Mon-Fri) for your package to arrive and be processed at our warehouse. It usually takes 2-5 banking days for the money to reach your account, and in rare cases up to 10 banking days. This depends on the payment method and your bank.
