At Euroskateshop.uk, you can pay with the following methods:

Euroskateshop accepts payment by debit card and credit card, Apple- and Google Pay through Altapay. The amount will only be deducted from your account once the item has been shipped and you have received a tracking number via email. We use the payment portal Altapay for these payment solutions, and your card details are encrypted with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, which guarantees that your information is protected from unauthorized access. In addition, it is not possible for Euroskateshop to withdraw a higher amount than what you approved at the time of purchase. Altapay uses 3D secure payment, which means that you will be asked to verify your payment via 3D Secure technology (this may also be known as "Verified by VISA" or "MasterCard Secure" depending on your provider). Any additional costs, such as shipping or payment fees, will be displayed before your payment. If you choose PayPal as your payment method, fees may apply that are out of Euroskateshop´s control. Overall, Euroskateshop complies with EU rules for the provision of payment services under Directive EU 2015/2366 by using certified payment platforms that meet payment industry security standards. At the same time, Euroskateshop also takes the security of your information seriously by encrypting all card details with SSL encryption.

By using a card at Euroskateshop, you are more secure when buying online than you are in physical stores. It is done with 3D Secure payment and meets all EU requirements for payment solutions. You are not responsible if your card is misused in an online store, and you can go directly to your bank and decline payment when you receive your payment statement.

If an eligible item that you’ve bought online doesn’t arrive or doesn’t match the seller’s description, PayPal's Buyer Protection may reimburse you for the full amount of the item plus postage. Apple Pay is safer than using a physical credit card or debit card or prepaid. You'll need Face ID, Touch ID or your password to make purchases on your iPhone, Mac, iPad or Apple Watch. Your card number and identity are not shared with merchants, and your actual card numbers are not stored on your device or Apple's servers. When you pay with a debit or credit card, Apple does not store transaction information that can be traced back to you.

Google pay sends a token (unique code) to Visa for every payment you make - the difference from a normal card payment is that it's not your card details that are sent. That's why Google Pay is more secure than a regular card payment.

To pay with Google Pay, your Visa card must be enrolled in your Google Pay app.

If you wish to pay with a bank transfer, this is also an option. We will send your order after we have received the payment (it can take a couple of days for the transfer to go through). There will be a fee of £5.95, which will also be clearly stated at checkout.

At Euroskateshop you can buy gift cards with a value of your choice (you will not receive a physical gift card).

The gift card can be used on our website Euroskateshop.UK and is a discount code you can use, when ordering the desired products. The value of the gift card can be used across multiple orders and shipping. The gift card is valid for 12 months after the date of issue.

For security reasons, you will receive the gift voucher in a separate email. You will receive this email as soon as we have processed your order with the gift card. It is not possible to add a gift card after an order has been completed.
