I received the wrong product

We´re sorry if you have received the wrong product!

Please double-check, if the barcode on the product, matches the barcode on the packing sheet.

  • The barcode doesn´t match the packing sheet. Make a new order now. Send the product back to us (for free) and then please write to us: sale@euroskateshop.com .

There is an item missing in my order

Find the scenario below that applies to your case:

  1. Damaged goods?

    Was your parcel damaged when it arrived? Did the carrier tape it? Or is there anything else that indicates that the item may have been lost in transit? if yes, please fill out the form here.
  2. Did you receive two tracking links?

    In some cases, we will ship your order in two boxes. Your order will be sent the same day but isn´t necessarily delivered together. In these cases, you will be informed by E-mail, where we send you the links for tracking. You can also track your order directly here.
  3. My product has a defect

    If one or more of your products have a defect due to a manufacturing error, you have the right to complain about this. In such cases, please fill out the form here.
  4. None of the above?

    If your package is not destroyed/damaged, and you have only received one tracking link, please write to us: sale@euroskateshop.com

How do I return my order?

Wish to return something to us? No problem, please follow the instructions in this link.

How much time do I have to return my item(s)?

Why not have the right to return your items for a long time? We ask ourselves the same questions and decided to EXTEND your return rights. We offer 365 days right of return! You can return your products up to 1 year after you receive your package.

Can I return any items?

No. It is not everything you order that can be returned. You can't return services or any other items that you have asked us to perform service(s) on or modify in any way nor customization in any to your needs. Read more in Clause 5.B of our Return terms and conditions.
