When do I get a refund on my return?
It takes up to 14 business days (Mon-Fri) before your package arrives and is processed at our warehouse. It usually takes 2-5 banking days for the money to be in your account, and in rare cases up to 10 banking days. This depends on the payment method and your bank.
Deliver the package to the nearest GLS-Partner
Attach the return label to the package.Deliver the parcel to the GLS parcel shop/depot: Find the nearest drop-off point
Pack the product in original packaging
Pack the original packaging and order confirmation in the shipping box
Return the shipping box with the return label
