The Story Downtown scooter is almost perfect. It is big enough for tall people (I'm 6'3"), but lightweight enough to carry around. It comes with a carry strap and disc brakes which are both very nice. Disc brakes on a scooter are a must. I wouldn't want to try and stop using the friction brake on the back wheel when going fast down a hill. The only real problem with this scooter are the wheels. They are way too hard and thin. The result of this is that you will feel EVERY bump and crack you go over. It is also very loud (which can be a good thing because everyone will hear you coming). The rough ride and noise were too much for me so I did some research and replaced the wheels with solid core rubber wheels meant from electric scooters. To get it to work, I had to use an 8" wheel in the front and 8.5" wheel in the back, and I had to do some engineering to get the brakes to line up correctly, however it worked. It is now a smooth, quite ride and works amazing. The rubber wheels did slow down the scooter a bit, but it is worth it.

I purchased this product at a discounted rate and extremely pleased with the quality. Very durable air track, quick to inflate, and the children love it!

The colors used on the skates are very nice, but they start fading already after the first use (on the spots where the laces create friction). I bought them with a pretty nice discount, so my value for money perception is biased. I would not buy them for the normal price. The wheels roll very smoothly. After first usage, some kind of glue appeared at the top of the inside of the skates. The fabric darkened and became a bit sticky.
