Before you create a complaint case due to leakage...

Leakage in 95% of cases is due to the valve not being tightened!

Not covered by your right of complaint!

The right of complaint does not cover products that are not set up correctly. SUP boards and SUP'ing are the part of the special sports where the practitioner is expected to have knowledge of settings of certain elements. A leaky board due to a loose valve, is usually found in the sport, and can be solved very easily! See how you do below.

1) Leaky? In 95% of cases, the valve is loose! 2) Insert the valve tool into the valve so that it is engaged

3) Tighten the valve by turning the tool clockwise while pressing the tool down to the ground by hand. IT MUST BE TIGHTENED A LOT! 4) The SUP should be close again!
